Stage Data Centres ("SDC", "we", "us") is a Poland-based data centre platform. For any privacy query, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
What data we collect
Contact and enquiry forms
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide - your name, company, email or phone number, your message, and, depending on the enquiry type, details such as site of interest, workload type, capacity, timeline, or country. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to progress a commercial discussion.
Newsletter sign-up
If you sign up to our newsletter, we collect your email address in order to send you updates about Stage Data Centres. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Cookies and analytics
We use a strictly necessary cookie to remember your language preference, and - only with your consent - Google Analytics (GA4) cookies to understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy for full details, including how to change your preference at any time.
Why we process your data
We process contact-form and enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or to take steps toward a contract at your request. We process newsletter sign-ups and analytics cookies on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data with service providers who help us run this website and respond to enquiries on our behalf - currently Google Analytics (analytics, only with consent) and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data. If we appoint an email or CRM provider to handle enquiries or the newsletter in future, this policy will be updated to name them before that data is shared.
International transfers
Google Analytics may transfer data to the United States. Where this happens, it's covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised under GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact-form data for as long as needed to respond to you and progress any resulting discussion, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing commercial relationship. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to our processing of it; to receive a copy in a portable format; and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Poland's data protection authority, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), or with the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example as our data processing activities or service providers change. We'll update the date below when we do.
